This is a fantastic video that was created by a birth center in India, Healthy Mother Sactum. I love how this midwife demonstrates how a mother's movement affects the pelvis and aids with labor progress.

Coccyx

I love this animation because it includes a view of what it looks like "starring down the barrel"so to speak. Observe how the coccyx or the "tail bone" moves out of the way for the baby. Imagine how hard this is take place when women are laboring and pushing in the semi-reclining position.
